Our mission is to connect home and business owners with the film industry in Georgia. Helping people on BOTH sides of the lens is our goal!

Hi, I’m Brian Albertsman, owner of The Alby Group. 

I’ve been a Location Manager in the film industry for over 30 years. In that time, I’ve been credited with over 80 features, TV and commercial productions. I am a member of the Directors Guild of America, Location Managers 728 Union and The Georgia Location Managers Network. With that said, I’ve acquired a unique expertise in managing locations, the filmmaking process and how to partner home and business owners with production companies.

The volume of film production in Georgia has created the need to educate and connect property and business owners with film industry professionals scouting the perfect location for their next production. This website is the tool that makes that connection quicker, easier and more enjoyable for both entities.

Homeowner: I am honored to now connect industry professionals and production companies scouting in GA with the homes and businesses we represent through The Alby Group. I have a reputation of taking care of the properties I’ve filmed in the past. We will make sure production is respectful of your needs and personal requests while ensuring your property is treated with the highest level of consideration. You will be educated on filming procedures through pre and post production, as well as guided through location contracts and other production requirements.  With this information and guidance you will feel confident throughout the filming process.

For Production Companies: We know exactly what you are looking for when scouting locations while understanding the process and complexities of landing a company in a neighborhood or city. Providing locations in which owners are both committed to filming and educated on its process shortens both scouting and prep. I can provide you with neighborhood contacts, city officials and help detail best ways to settle the company.
